Early voting in many states is now underway

The most powerful voice in a Constitutional Republic is the voice of an Informed Voter.

Please encourage your family, friends, and neighbors to become informed and VOTE!!!

Republican House member Gary Palmer of Alabama recently reminded us that Joe Biden’s White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council (yes, he had one) declared war on fossil fuel production and almost all viable energy sources.

Food for thought

Here are examples of what the Biden Democrats describe as “Projects That WILL NOT Benefit a community”:

  • “Fossil fuel procurement, development, infrastructure repair that would in any way… facilitate fossil-fired generation”
  • “The procurement of nuclear power”
  • “Highway expansion”
  • “Road improvements or automobile infra-structure, other than electric vehicle charging stations”
  • “Pipeline creation, expansion, or maintenance”

That’s just a partial list.

Now these same Democrats who have declared war on the oil and gas industry promise they will lower gas prices. These are the same people who say gas prices should be six dollars a gallon or higher to discourage the use of fossil fuels, and to encourage us to switch to bicycles and electric cars.

Another excellent column from my friend Paul Gleiser, KTBB 97.5 FM, Tyler, Texas

It really is the most important election in our lifetime.

It’s the nature of elections that they get described as, “the most important election in our lifetime.” That description has been used so frequently as to have lost its meaning.

Too bad.

Because it’s probably true this time. That’s because the two major parties have never been farther apart. And for you folks who believe that culpability for that divide lies on both sides, I’ll grant you that – but only if you apportion that culpability on a 90/10 split in favor of the Democrats.

That’s a long way of saying that the Democrats have jumped the rails. The Democratic Party of today would be unrecognizable to Democrats of old like John F. Kennedy, Daniel Patrick Moynihan or Sam Rayburn of Texas. Democrats of that era believed in the Constitution, believed in the rule of law and were steadfast in their resistance to socialism and communism.

Such is not the Democratic Party of 2026. In this midterm campaign, Democrat candidates are doing their best to distance themselves from their own far-left statements from primary season. But all that looney stuff they said when they were playing to their base – believe it. Otherwise, ignore it at your peril. The looney stuff like abolishing the Senate, abolishing ICE, closing prisons, opening the borders and doing away with presidential elections is what this bunch of Dems really believes. Don’t think otherwise.

But for now, they’re hoping you’ll forget all that. They’re busy running on lowering prices for gasoline, groceries and housing. It’s a crock – campaign slogan and soundbite stuff.

As I have been saying for weeks, the quiet part is that the Dems are loving high gasoline, grocery and housing prices. It gives them something to distract voters from their lunatic statements of just months ago and – far more important – it gives them something to run on by which to gain office. By gaining office, they would then be free to pursue that in which they are truly interested.

And no, it’s not more affordable gas, groceries and housing.

It’s fundamentally changing the institutions and the very foundational concepts of the country. Dems don’t want incremental policy changes toward the goal of making life better and prosperity more widely shared. They want to take the house down to the studs and start over.

They reject the limitations imposed upon government by the Constitution. They reject the idea of controlled, orderly immigration. They reject the institutions and mechanisms of law enforcement. They reject the superiority of citizens over government. And they reject capitalism and individual economic freedom.

These rejections of long-standing beliefs and institutions animate a Democratic Party that concurrently wants to confiscate lawfully earned personal wealth for redistribution to a fractious coalition of unions, NGOs, the professoriate, those here illegally and the dependent class – constituencies that Democrats count on to keep them in power.

So, don’t be confused. This midterm isn’t a candidate or policy election. It’s a referendum on the foundational institutions and beliefs of the nation.

It really is the most important election in our lifetime.

  1. I totally agree with all of your statements. It seems that the devil has a hold on the liberals and this is truly a spiritual war.
